FAQ

Every Question.
Answered.

Everything artists ask before booking — so your complimentary call can be about your music, not the fine print.

Getting Started
Five steps, always the same: you inquire (two minutes, any service) → we hop on a complimentary 15-minute call to hear your story and confirm fit → you book with a signed agreement and 50% deposit → you complete one intake form that collects everything we build from → we deliver, you pay the balance, files are yours.
No and no. The 15-minute call is complimentary with zero obligation — it exists so we can hear what you need, answer questions, and quote you accurately. Nothing is owed unless you sign an agreement and pay a deposit afterward.
Eclectric Records is a Nashville independent label and artist-services house founded by artist and label owner Ariel Jade — built out of the Historic RCA Victor Studios on Music Row — with music videos and docuseries produced in partnership with our sister studio, Studio X TV. Everything we sell, we've built for our own releases first — the samples on every service are real, live work. You shop à la carte and only pay for what you need.
For most services, no — press kits, bios, websites, splash pages, credits, press placements, branding, and consulting are fully remote for artists anywhere. Photography, album release parties, and the downtown billboard are Nashville-based; production and video are Nashville-first but ask us — travel and remote workflows can often be arranged.
All of them. Our home base is Americana, country, rock, and roots — but the deliverables (EPKs, press, websites, video) are genre-agnostic. If the music is real and the story is yours, we can build for it.
Money
50% deposit to book, remaining 50% before final delivery. You'll receive a secure electronic invoice or payment link after your call. Your spot on the calendar is held the moment the deposit lands.
Here's how it works, honestly: your deposit reserves dedicated production time — time we commit to you and turn away from other artists — so once work begins, it can't be refunded. Full details in the service terms.
Starting prices cover the standard scope listed under each service. More tracks, more pages, more shoot hours, rush timelines, or added deliverables move the number — and you'll always know the exact total before you sign anything. The price on your agreement is the price.
Yes. The Artist Launch Kit bundles the EPK, song library, one sheet, and bio for less than their combined à la carte total, and The Full Rollout adds the custom website with deeper savings — exact numbers are on the services page for your rate tier. Packages also share one intake, so they move faster.
The Work
Typical timelines once your deposit and completed intake are in: one sheets, press releases, bios, and splash pages — about a week. Song credit libraries — 1–2 weeks. EPKs — 2–3 weeks. Websites — 2–4 weeks. Production — 3–6 weeks per song. Music videos — 4–8 weeks concept to final cut. Press placements — most publish within two weeks to sixty days of story approval. Docuseries and release parties are scheduled per project. Your exact date goes in your agreement; rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask on the call.
After booking, you'll get one intake form built for your exact service — it walks you through everything: photos, music, links, story, brand details. Your build starts when the intake is complete — the more complete it is, the faster and better we build. Big files go in as Dropbox or Drive links, so nothing is hard.
That's literally what we're for. Photography, bios, and branding are all services on the rate sheet — and they stack naturally under a bigger build (photos feed the EPK, the bio feeds everything). Tell us what's missing on the call and we'll sequence it so nothing waits on anything.
Services that list a revision round include one consolidated round — you gather all your change requests into a single list, we turn them around. Additional rounds or new scope after approval are quoted before any extra work happens, so there are never surprise charges.
No — and we'd encourage caution with anyone who says yes. Media outlets keep full editorial control. What we do: match your story to outlets in your purchased tier, develop the angle, and coordinate through publication — with real, linked results like our Ariel Jade case study. Tiers, outlet lists, and the honest fine print live on the press page.
Delivery & Ownership
Yes — final deliverables are yours upon full payment: the files, the masters, the pages. We keep our working files and templates, and the right to show finished work in our portfolio. Full detail in the service terms.
You get both a live shareable link and the HTML file itself — so you can send the link immediately AND host it on your own domain forever. You're never locked into us to keep your own press kit online.
Whatever the deliverable calls for: print-ready PDF + digital for one sheets, HTML + live link for pages and EPKs, high-res JPEGs for photography, mix-ready audio for production, final master plus social cutdowns for video. It's spelled out in each service's "what's included" and your agreement.
