Sometimes a full PR campaign is more than you need. Eclectric Records offers a direct route to one-off editorial articles — real features, in real outlets, arranged through the media relationships we work with behind the scenes. Placements start at $3,000 and scale by outlet tier. Pick your tier, share your story and your budget, and we personally handle the rest. Some conditions apply — they're all spelled out below.
The working outlet lists below are updated monthly as media relationships evolve. Your feature is matched to outlets from your purchased tier based on genre, story, and availability — final outlet selection is confirmed during your consultation. All publication names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with any outlet listed.
Outlet availability rotates monthly. Listing here does not promise placement in a specific outlet — see the placement terms below. For outlets not listed, custom packages are available on request.
These terms govern all Eclectric Records press placement services. By submitting an inquiry or purchasing a placement, you agree to the policies below. We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted to this page. Last updated July 2026.
We arrange editorial placements through established media relationships, and our clients have seen real results — but outlets retain full editorial control, and outcomes that sit outside our hands stay outside our hands. No placement is guaranteed. We cannot and do not promise search engine rankings, social media verification, follower growth, streaming numbers, traffic volume, leads, or sales from any article. Any of those outcomes may happen; none is promised.
Most placements publish within two weeks to sixty days of story approval. Some outlets take longer — in certain cases up to six months or more — and Eclectric Records is not liable for outlet-side delays. We'll keep you informed of status throughout.
We work to place your story in the outlets discussed during your consultation. Media availability changes, and we reserve the right to substitute a comparable outlet within the same tier if a selected outlet becomes unavailable or changes its requirements. This site and Eclectric Records are not affiliated with any of the media outlets we place work in.
You grant Eclectric Records and the publishing outlet permission to edit wording, structure, and supporting details as needed to fit the outlet's editorial standards. Outlets will make reasonable effort to use the images you approve, but image use is at the outlet's discretion and cannot be promised. Once an article is published, it cannot be edited — please review all materials carefully before approval. Errors introduced by outlets, publication partners, or client-supplied information are not the responsibility of Eclectric Records.
Outlets periodically archive, backdate, or remove older articles to keep their sites current — typically after several months to two years — and we cannot control if or when that happens. Some published articles may carry markings such as "Sponsored," "In Partnership," or "Advertisement," and some links may not be indexed by the host site. These decisions rest with the outlet and cannot be changed, removed, or promised in advance.
Outlets restrict certain topics. Content involving illegal activity, defamation, harassment, or other categories an outlet deems inappropriate will not be accepted. Because placements are non-refundable once in motion, contact us before payment to confirm your topic can be covered.
If a placement cannot be completed, you'll be notified within thirty days and we'll work with you directly on next steps. We work from the information you provide, and our partners work in good faith to publish a feature you're proud of — but final editorial judgment always belongs to the outlet.
You keep ownership of everything you submit — your music, photos, and story remain yours. By submitting materials, you grant Eclectric Records and its publishing partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute those materials for the purpose of developing and publishing your placement. Where materials have already been used in a published or commercial piece, the license continues for the life of that piece.
Our services and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclectric Records disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or from published works — including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they may not apply to you.
Information submitted through our forms is used to evaluate and fulfill your request. We may share it with the service providers and publishing partners needed to complete your placement, and as required by law. To have your information removed from our records, contact contact@eclectricrecords.com. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use these services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as provided by law, in the county where Eclectric Records is located.
